I received white-glove, top priority, professional and polite attention. My car became undriveable (broken sun roof during consecutive days of rain) and I was about to leave on a trip. Christopher Vlachogiannis gave me immediate attention, and as soon as he realized my car would require days to repair, he quickly offered me a loaner car and sent me on my way.
