Went in for service on my car, looked up John Powers and drove home in a 2019 RDX. John is so knowledgeable about what he is selling but also knowledgeable about the car industry itself. Acura do not loose this man.
Craig and Omar really hustled to get things done. We had driven down from the Boston area to look at an Acura with our seven-month-old. It was not the easiest thing to do, but our babysitter was sick, so she came with us. I thought we would have to make the two hour drive down to get the car another day, but they worked hard to get everything in place so we didn't have to. They are fair negotiators and we were pleased with the process. I wouldn't be opposed to driving all that way and working with them again, and we have Acura dealers much closer to our home.
The concerns I previously raised (about a prior visit) were immediately addressed with this visit. Service was completed well in advance of the promised time! Nice job!
Accomodate customer's needs and concerns. Scheduled appointments are kept. Service hours and time slots are such as to accomodate one's busy schedules.
I did not buy my Acura from them, but I had it serviced there for years. Their service has been excellent and the waiting area is pleasant (though the armchairs need replacing because the upholstery is ripped) with complimentary coffee and water. I have a 2005 Acura MDX in great shape and I was surprised recently to be made to feel like they would really rather sell me a new car than fix the one I have. I understand that is how they make the most money, but come on! I've been a customer for years, but I won't go back with my current car anymore because the estimate they gave was unapologetically $4200!!!! I got the same work done by a Honda mechanic for $2500. One thing I loved is they wash and vacuum your car when you bring it in, even for an oil change! I also loved that for bigger services, they loan you a vehicle if you make an appointment in advance.

A young veteran sold me a car! I love that this dealership knows the value of a job to our service members! My salesperson was learning and if he didn’t know the answer, he was honest and found out the right answer - he was personable, friendly and eager!
