It was a really easy and smooth process, and the dealership took care of absolutely everything, including financing. The process was also very quick, which has not been my experience in the past with other dealerships (where it's taken 8+ hours to purchase a car...) I also thought pricing was very fair.

Chris and the rest of the staff are great. Love the fact that my acura dealership charges less/same than local mechanics. When i had a bmw, the bmw dealership would charge 4times more than kovalev mechanics.

Chris Oglesby went above and beyond to make my experience great. My SUV needed service immediately as I was about to go out of state on a trip and a sensor malfunctioned. The repair was covered under warranty and I didn't have to pay extra for the repair or loaner vehicle while repair occurred. Chris made sure the transaction was seamless and that I was ready for my trip on time without hassle/worry. Chris Oglesby kept me up to date and informed throughout the entire process which helped to keep me at ease.

The service was thorough.The engine stop is still very sensitive and it’s loosing power when re-gain speed. Technician checked and stated not the case.
