Courteous reception and not a long wait. I would have liked my issue be further addressed since I added it to my service appointment. I was told to come back for diagnostic for an obvious noise.

I liked the sales experience however I felt once the sale was final I was not that important. Although Vincent wasn't my sales person he was patient and helpful.
Even while the building is under construction the employees in the service department were very accommodating and made sure to get me in and out as quickly as possible.
Craig was great and knowledgeable. They are remodeling so right now it’s not ideal but will be better once it’s all finished and looks to be very nice

I purchased my car here last year June 2019 & every time I come in for a service due . Everyone is very polite and professional NEVER am I unsatisfied nor leave unhappy. Positive energy at Acura of Milford. Jasón of course took of me today and he is great professional & where there is good customer care I have to recognize it !
Justin was very professional and listened to my concerns which were addressed during my visit. He kept me updated throughout the process while I waited.
